  ERW workshop was set up in August 2005, with a construction area of 8000 square meters. This workshop has 8 longitudinal ERW steel pipe production lines and can produce longitudinal ERW steel pipes in OD21.3-273.1mm, wall thickness 2.0-12.7mm, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 metric tons.

  The ERW steel pipes are widely used in water-conveying, heating and combustible fluid transportation, used as structural pipes, linepipe in mineral slurry and bittern and also used for chemical industry and electric power engineering etc.

  Our company has 5 hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe workshops, with a construction area of 15,000 square meters in total and all the workshops were set up in August 2005, which can galvanized all sizes of longitudinal ERW steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, square and rectangular steel pipe etc, with an annual production capacity of 200, 000 metric tons.

   The galvanized pipes are widely used in water-conveying, heating, gas and oil transportation. It also is used in machinery, automobile industry, mine, highway, containers and steel structure etc.

  Our company can supply SSAW steel pipes from OD219.1 to 1820mm, wall thickness 6.0-14.0mm, with an annual production capacity of 100, 000 metric tons. The SSAW steel pipes are used in transportation of gas, petroleum and low pressure fluid;piles and construction etc.

Scaffolding Pipe

  Our company can produce scaffolding pipe with diameter 48.3mm, wall thickness 3.2mm, 4.0mm and customer-required wall thickness. The production capacity of the scaffolding pipe is 50,000 metric tons per year. The product adopts European Standard -- BS EN 39:2001
